All PYNKMOSS pieces are handcrafted from 925 sterling silver. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in finish, texture, and colour are natural and are part of the character of the jewellery — they are not defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment, or after order confirmation via WhatsApp for pay-on-delivery orders.
Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. These require advance discussion and confirmation, may take additional time, and are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

PYNKMOSS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we will provide a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
We offer exchanges for sizing issues or manufacturing defects. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Contact us and we'll guide you through the exchange.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Custom-made pieces cannot be returned or refunded, as they are crafted specifically for you — except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect. Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care are also not eligible.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹3,000. For orders below this, a flat shipping charge applies and is shown at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel.
While we aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
